Manual monitoring

Not every project requires a permanent setup. With manual monitoring, our surveyor-expert visits the site at fixed intervals to track the evolution of measurement points using levelling, total station or GNSS — cost-efficient and with the same high precision.

When to choose manual monitoring?

Manual monitoring is ideal when movement is slow or a lower frequency is sufficient. It is the most cost-efficient solution for projects with a limited risk profile or a short duration.

• Settlement measurements by precision levelling (down to 0.2 mm/km)
• Periodic 3D measurements of fixed survey bolts
• Levelling bolts and survey nails on façades and infrastructure
• Independent verification of automatic systems

Clear reporting

After each campaign you receive a report with the measured values, the differences relative to the zero measurement and a clear visualisation. If a threshold is exceeded, we notify you immediately.

As a surveyor-expert, our reports carry legal evidentiary value, which is important for condition surveys and liability files.
